At zoe kratzmann, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
